Terms of Service

Plain-English summary: by signing up, you agree to pay the introductory price, the plan auto-renews until you cancel, you can cancel anytime from your account, and you can ask for a refund within 30 days. The full text is below.

1. Who we are

Coursio is operated by Coursio Ltd (“Coursio”, “we”, “us”). Our website is at coursio.io and you can reach us at support@coursio.io.

2. The service

Coursio is a 28-day, on-demand, video-and-text learning program covering practical AI tools and skills (the “Service”). We give you access to:

28 daily lessons with cheat sheets and project briefs
Hands-on prompts, templates, and reusable scripts
A signed certificate after each lesson and at completion
Updates as new tools are added to the curriculum

We may add, change, or remove specific tools, lessons, or features over time. We aim to make the Service better, not worse — but we don't guarantee that any specific lesson or feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you are.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@coursio.io if you suspect someone else has access.

5. Pricing, billing, and auto-renewal

Coursio is sold as a subscription. When you sign up:

You agree to pay the introductory price shown at checkout for your selected plan (1-week, 4-week, or 12-week).
At the end of the introductory period, your plan automatically renews at the regular price for the same plan length, and continues to renew at that price every billing cycle until you cancel.
The regular renewal price is shown next to the plan you select and repeated in the disclosure on the checkout page.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Failed payments may pause your access until they're resolved.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@coursio.io. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, then stops. You won't be charged again.

7. Refunds & cancellation

Coursio is a digital subscription. You can cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't issue refunds for periods that have already started, because the lessons unlock immediately at purchase. 8. What you can do with the content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the lessons and materials for your own learning while your subscription is active. You may not:

Re-publish, resell, or redistribute the lessons or materials
Strip our branding or copyright notices
Use the materials to train AI models that compete with Coursio
Share your account login with others

You own anything you create using what you learn — your projects, your portfolio, your client work. We claim no ownership over your deliverables.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, or break the law. Don't try to break or scrape the platform. We can suspend accounts that misuse the Service, with or without notice, depending on the severity.

10. Earnings disclaimer

Some of our marketing references outcomes — “students who finish typically…”, “build a side hustle”, and so on. These describe what the program is designed to help you do, not a guarantee of results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, your starting point, your market, and a lot of other things outside our control. Coursio does not guarantee any specific income, savings, or career outcome.

11. Third-party tools

The lessons reference and recommend third-party tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, etc.). Those services have their own terms, pricing, and privacy practices. We're not responsible for their behavior, uptime, or pricing changes. Some lessons include affiliate links — when they do, we'll say so on the lesson page, and using the link doesn't cost you anything extra.

12. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Coursio's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms over time. If a change is material we will email registered users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the update means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Coursio Ltd is registered. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to use a different forum.
